Girish Gaitonde is the founder and CEO of Xoriant Corporation, (formerly TekEdge Corporation), a California based global IT services company offering IT service continuum, comprising outsourcing, projects and staffing, both temporary and permanent, to clients in financial services and high technology markets, with operations in the United States, Europe and India. Xoriant's clients include large, medium and small companies in the areas of Financial Services, High Technology, Telecommunications and Pharmaceuticals. Girish Gaitonde, Xoriant Corporation?s CEO and Founder has made Xoriant what it is today, a global leading outsourced software product development enterprise.
Prior to founding TekEdge in 1990, Mr. Gaitonde held marketing, financial and engineering management positions at Arix Corporation, AT&T Corporation and Intel Corporation. Girish has also participated as a seed investor and board member for more than a dozen technology startups. These include an internet security software company Valicert, Inc. (IPO - 2000. Acquired by Tumbleweed -NASDAQ: TMWD - 2003), a specialized VOIP application specific DSP semiconductor chip company VxTel, Inc, (acquired by Intel Corporation in 2001), a semiconductor process software company Radiance Software, Inc. (acquired by Asyst Technologies in 1996) and Insync Software, Inc. a fast growing privately funded company building enterprise class edge applications for semiconductor industry product tracking based on state-of-the-art RFID technology.
Mr. Gaitonde holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago, an MS degree in Computer Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and a BTech degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where he has been granted a status of a Distinguished Alumnus.
Aman has over 18 years of experience in Technology, Operations and the Indian and US technology Industry. Prior to founding MetrixLine, he worked with Mphasis (IPO and now an EDS Company) from the early start-up phase and helped build the Technology and Delivery organization across three continents. The focus on extreme efficiency and concern with the traditional costs of providing relevant information to Managers in real time pushed Aman to begin working on MetrixLine. The vision being that the power of combining next generation technology and the mathematics of moving data, Corporate Managers will increase effectiveness by having the right information at the right time.
Aman is a Graduate of IIT Bombay and also has an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
Aman pursues multiple interests in Social Service and Philanthropy. Aman is also a recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus (for Services) awarded by his Alma Mater ? IIT Bombay.
Rajiv Srinath is the Director of International Business at MetrixLine. A strategist as well as an implementer, over the last two decades, in both developed and emerging markets, he has developed expertise in growth enablement and market entry strategies involving novel approaches to supply chain strategies, strategic alliances and mergers and acquisitions. With his broad international experience in widely disparate business and regulatory contexts, he is active in raising capital for various entrepreneurial ideas from angels, family investors and private equity firms. He is also a co-founder of a number of start-ups, including several established specifically to demonstrate the efficacy of internally developed principles for driving breakthrough improvement regimens. Rajiv serves as management coach and advisory board member to many client companies. He regularly shares through executive seminars and workshops conducted worldwide unique and proprietary methodologies, practices, and techniques for achieving breakthrough improvements, and their application to strategy. He holds a master’s degree from Lehigh University and a bachelor’s degree from Bangalore University in India. He has also done research at Harvard Business School. His graduate research thesis was awarded an international prize.
